Enjoy a relaxing dinner in a historic riverside western atmosphere enhanced by an innovative menu, professional courteous service, and a wide selection of top-shelf liquor, fine wine, and craft beers.
Seasonal outdoor dining is offered within a stone’s throw of the river, or enjoy dinner in our saloon while sampling some of Montana’s finest microbrews. Private rooms are available for dinner meetings and large groups are welcome. Please call and work with our event coordinator. Reservations are highly recommended and we accept all major credit cards.
The Union Grille is open for evening dining from 5pm to 9pm. During the Summer Peak Season (June 1 –September 30), we are open 7 nights a week. Beginning October 1 and going through May 31, we are open for dinner service 5 nights a week (Wednesday through Sunday).

Chef Keith Chinn brings over 30 years of culinary mastery from world-class hotels, resorts, and Relais & Châteaux properties to the table. Specializing in American, French and Continental cuisine, he's also a trained pastry chef, with education from both The Culinary Institute of America and The French Pastry School.
Trained by M.O.F. and James Beard award-winning chefs, his menus celebrate creativity, precision, and the beauty of locally sourced ingredients.
Chef Keith crafts dishes that blend innovation with timeless technique, ensuring every bite tells a story. His passion for hospitality and artistry shines through in unforgettable dining experiences that delight guests and keep them coming back.
