We love to help our community (and beyond) with their fundraising efforts. However, due to the sheer amount of requests we receive, we are unable to help everyone who asks. We limit the amount we give per quarter, and we do our best to not repeat in the same geographical area during that same time period. Please submit no less than 45 days prior to your event. Please allow 2-3 weeks for a response. Additionally, our standard donation is the following: We are happy to donate a deluxe Queen guest room but do require that the organization purchase a $100 gift certificate to be used in the hotel's restaurant. We find this makes for a nice package for the winning bidder and organization! Our room donation has blackout dates, including June-August, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day and special events, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers. Winner may upgrade the room at booking and pay the difference. Our donation will expire a year from issue date; the accompanying, purchased certificate will never expire.
