The Grand Union Hotel provides the ideal setting for your intimate wedding or reception. The hotel can host wedding ceremonies for up to 50 people in the Grand Lobby or Lewis and Clark Room. Receptions for up to 100 people can be accommodated in the Lewis and Clark room and Union Grille Restaurant. The riverside patio is also available seasonally.

Our elegantly restored guestrooms and suites offer a variety of options for your wedding guest list. For the bride and groom, we highly recommend our beautiful and spacious Master Suite or one of our intimate Junior Suites.

The Lewis & Clark Room is located on the ground floor just off the lobby. This 650 square foot room with historic tin ceiling and original large windows is the perfect setting for rehearsal dinners, receptions, private banquets, and intimate gatherings. The Union Grille Restaurant offers a slightly more formal setting where every table enjoys a view of the Missouri River.

The wedding day is a most important day in the life of the bride and groom and their families. Our goal is to ensure that you are able to relax and enjoy your special day while we take care of every detail. Our wedding specialists will work with you to provide a customized event. This includes a specialized menu, coordination of floral and photographer personnel and any additional requests.
